Meet The Founder:

Hi, I’m Felix Aguirre—founder of Faith Tech Pros.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in live sound, church tech systems, and production management, I started this company to bridge the gap between technical excellence and spirit-led worship.

I’ve also served on worship teams for nearly 20 years, and that perspective shapes everything I do. I understand firsthand what worship leaders and musicians need in a mix—clarity, reliability, and support—so they can focus on leading, not troubleshooting.

My passion is helping ministries eliminate distractions caused by outdated or unreliable tech, so the message of the Gospel comes through loud and clear. I’ve worked with churches of all sizes—from small fellowships to mega churches with thousands in attendance—and I specialize in creating systems that are powerful, intuitive, and volunteer-friendly.

As a Dante-certified engineer and longtime worship tech director, I know how to design solutions that align both with the needs of the worship team and the mission of the church.
